TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;PROBABLY TO ALL; SHOULD CONSIDER IT FOR ANSWER!
Firstly H.E. The president of India, on the occasion of opening of Budget Session this year emphatically
suggested that to eradicate corruption the discretionary powers should be withdrawn & or abolished;
& then came The Civil Society Of India with a proposal to appoint Lokpal/s, to put an end to corruption.
Now let the Government – Opposition Parties- Media & the Nation at large should see that who is telling
the right thing?
Because discretionary power is the root cause of corruption in this country & its abolition requires no &
no expenditure on Public Exchequer and it is also an exact remedy to cure the cancerous corruption of this
country;
& the appointment of Lokpal/s, shall be another White Elephantine expenditure on the already deficient
Public Exchequer of this country, populated with mostly BPLs- Below Poverty Line & Poor People & also shall
be a step to demoralize & degrade the already existing departments engaged to check corruption;
It is cent per cent certain that with the abolition of discretionary powers, there shall be no corruption, because
the workings shall be right is right, wrong is wrong-( law wise & procedure wise) & whosoever shall do otherwise shall
dismissed from job forthwith;
whereas with the appointments of Lokpal/s there is no such guarantee for the complete cure of corruption at all;
Think over both the aspects & then decide that which is the righteous & exact remedy to cure corruption?—
