Jammu and Kashmir ,Majid Malik, Oct 11— Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) today took out their traditional ‘path-sanchalan’ in Bhaderwah. “Path Sanchalan” (full dress route march) was taken out from the Geeta Bhawan by RSS activists and covering the whole town through the main market passed through Ganpath Bazar, Seri Bazar, Mandir Bazar, Bus stand, Jai Road, Vaskdhera Mohalla, Khakhal Mohalla and ended at Geeta Bhawan. The RSS volunteers formally wear its new uniform, brownish trousers and brownish socks during the ‘Path-Sanchalan’The ‘sanchalan’ was welcomed at various places by the residents of Bhaderwah with “Pushp Varsha”. Speaking on the occasion, Prant Sharirik Parmukh Arun Kumar said that the founder chief of RSS Dr. Hedgevar had laid the foundation of Sangh on the Dussehra at Nagpur in 1925 to unite Hindus all over globe. He said RSS since then has performed a vital role in strengthening unity and integrity of the nation, promoting brotherhood and also fighting casteism. Stressing on strengthening Shakhas he said the Swayamsevaks have more responsibility on their shoulders at present as country is facing more challenges today than it was facing during pre -independence or post independence days. Prominent organizational persons were present in the programme including Vibhag Sangchalak Ashok Kotwal, Zila Sangchalak Keshav Ram Kotwal, Zila Parcharak Akshay Kumar and others.
