30 July :On the basis of the result of the written part of the Nation Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (I) – 2008, held by the Union Public Service Commission in April, 2008, 8512 candidates have qualified for interview by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission to Army,
Navy and Air Force Wings of the National Defence academy for the 121st Course and Naval Academy 10+2 (Executive Branch) for the 41st Course commencing from January, 2009.
The candidature of all the candidates is provisional, subject to their submitting the requisite certificates in support of date of birth and educational qualifications etc., direct to the Additional Directorate General of Recruiting, Adjutant General’s Branch, Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Army), West Block No. III, Wing-1, R.K. Puram, New Delhi – 110066. The candidates must not send the original Certificates to the UPSC.
