13 Dec :The Administrative Reforms Commission (ARC) has proposed that if a public servant is found unfit after a review at 20 years, his/her services should be discontinued.
The Commission, headed by Veerappa Moily suggested two intensive reviews to make civil servants accountable, the first after 14 years and the second after 20 years.Briefing media on the recommendations of the commission, Moily said that there is also a need to safe guard the political neutrality and impartiality of the civil services.
