Chandigarh : The popular actor in Punjabi Cinema, Kuljinder Singh Sidhu shared the story of transformation of his physique -how he made six-pack abs with youngsters at a fitness gym located at the community Centre, Sector 22- Chandigarh today. He was invited by the trainer of the gym, Vicky who organized the small interaction with young members of the gym.
Every role demands different requirements regarding the character’s physique and appearance. For his film Yoddha-The Warrior, Sidhu devoted 8 months of time in the process of building his physique. He followed the instructions of his trainer properly and now boasts a sculpted body. The actor’s rippling six-pack abs and chiselled arms were an absolute treat to the eyes in Yoddha. Now, he is inspiring many celebrities of Pollywood to get fit.
Talking to the young boys and girls, Sidhu shared, “I did not have a body to die for earlier and most of you have noticed me in Sadda Haq with an average physique. I had never imagined acquiring a six-pack but the transformation has been amazing. The main reason for my achievement is proper workout and diet. The three most important things in fitness are a healthy balanced diet, exercise and rest”.
Answering a query on his diet plan, Sidhu said, “I tag on a well guided nutrition and the diet plan. Green vegetables and raw fruits dominate my diet. Each person diet chart may differ according to the body condition. One should also get a health check up before following the prescribed diet. This is because in case you may have health issues like heart problems, diabetes, thyroid, and cholesterol, high BP or anything else”.
On women’s fitness, he said that they mostly remain occupied with family and often ignore their health while managing home. “Women should develop positive thinking to remain stress free and happy. Meditation can help in a great way. Besides, females should do regular exercise, yoga and eat healthy which will make you look good”, he suggested.
