5 Apr : Jade Goody wrote one last letter to her two sons weeks before her death, telling them "I will love you always".The 27-year-old TV star, who died after a very public battle with cervical cancer on March 22, wrote the letter as a forward to a picture album she put together for her sons Bobby, five and Freddie, four.
"Dear Bobby and Freddie, I have asked for this book to be made so that when you are older, you can remember just how much fun we had. I thank God that we made the most of our time together and I treasure the moments we shared," the letter reads.
The picture album was created by Goody as she wanted her sons to remember her as a person full of life instead of as a sick person. The photo album contains hundreds of photographs of Goody since her rise to fame as a Big Brother contestant in 2002 along with pictures of their many holidays together, a newspaper reported.
"These are my most precious memories. Some person much wiser than me once said that if you never discovered something you would die for, then you haven’t lived. Well, you are both proof that I have lived. I will love you always. Mummy," concludes the poignant letter.
The photo album ‘Remember Me This Way’, will also be published and the money raised will be donated to the organisation ‘Marie Curie Cancer Care’.
