Chandigarh : The students of Pioneers Pre School, Sector 23 celebrated their annual ROCK AND RHYME SHOW with great fervour and enthusiasm. The two to four year olds danced on their favourite rhymes and songs. The performance on a special song on colours was a perfect example of combining learning with fun.
Special games were also organised for the parents to bring out their inner child! Pioneers Pre School has embodied the spirit of confidence building and learning which was reflected in the performances of the young children who sang the national anthem with great patriotism. A two minute silence was also observed for the children of Peshawar.
The grand finale had santa claus singing and dancing on jingle bells with the children as well as the parents keeping in tune with the Christmas theme.
Through the power of play way, these students have grown emotionally, socially and academically. The principal, Mrs. Meenakshi Pathak, in her speech advised the parents to appreciate “ an innate, inborn capacity for goodness, which needs to be nurtured and formed into a solid character. It needs to be recognised early and groomed accordingly along with academics to build strong, well rounded individuals for the future”.
