Desh Bhagat Institute of Management & Computer Sciences has been awarded ‘Management Education Leadership Award -2012’ at IIT Delhi. Dr. Zora Singh, Chairman Desh Bhagat Group of Institutes informed this from Chandigarh head office on monday. Dr. Singh Said, “The award has been conferred by Knowledge Resources Development & Welfare Group, a non-profit, social benefit organization with entire India as its operational area.” KRDWG conducts all India surveys to identify and felicitate institutions that are providing inclusive and quality driven holistic education. It is on the basis of this survey that KRDWG has selected Desh Bhagat Institute of Management & Computer Sciences for this award.
Director General of Desh Bhagat Group of Institutes, Dr. Shalini Gupta received the award on behalf of the institute. She said that DBIMCS is the only recipient of this award for PGDM programme in the whole of the state and it is a great honour for this institute. She congratulated the whole staff and the students of the institute for this glorious achievement, saying that DBIMCS provides high quality time-relevant professional and technical education to its students so that they can make respectable place in life.
