Chandigarh : Cheer and thrill filled the air as the students of Kundan International School, Sector 46 performed during Navrang as part of the 6th Founder’s Day celebrations. All the students actively participated and made the function an enjoyable experience for all. The Kundanites celebrate the Founder’s Day each year to commemorate the birth anniversary of their founder, a great visionary – Late Shri Kundan Lal ji. Prof. Arun Kumar Grover, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University graced the function as the Chief Guest. The Trustees of Shri Kundan Lal Trust and members of the school managing committee were also present on the occasion.
The function commenced with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony and Ganesha Vandana. Tiny tots of Pre-primary section captivated the audience with their performances. Students of Class I and II presented the classic Panchtantra tale, Ek Anek. The show was a blend of eastern and western culture. The blend of music, rhythm and dance were thoroughly enjoyed by the parents. The show ended with the beautiful jugni and beats of the vibrant bhangra lingering in the minds of everyone.
