Mohali, Sanjay Pahwa: Videocon Mobile Services in collaboration with TRAI recongnised Citizens Awareness Group, organized open session for mobile subscribers in Videocon Circle Office Industrial Area, Mohali where consumers shared their insights with their business partner.
Sh. P.S. Bajwa Business Head – Punjab said that his company wants more and more interaction with the consumers so that their grievances can be redressed & it is a matter of pride that his companies is getting minimum numbers of complaints. The network problem where required is being restored immediately.
Sh. Surinder Verma Chairman of Citizens Awareness Group said that there more than 650 million mobile subscribers in the country and his organization with the help of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is committed to solve the problems of mobile subscribers. He desired that mobile companies should publish the list of call centres Nodal offices and appellate authority with their complete addresses in the regional as well as national news papers so that more consumer should come forward for redressal of their grievances. He assured to continue this campaign to create awareness among the consumers.
Sh. Sanjay Bhambri DGM CSD in his Power Point Presentation explained the brief profile of the Videocon Company and said that with this type of interaction he got a lot of feedback from the consumers that will bring improvement in the system.
