Rrajesh Vakhariya : The recent Supreme Court judgement on adultery is a perfect example of how the Judiciary is least bothered with the family system in this country
Sometime back, there was a SC judgement that it was perfectly normal for two consenting adults to have sex before marriage.
Now, as of yesterday’s judgement, two consenting adults can have sex even if they are married and this isn’t illegal.
These two judgements absolutely remove the need for marriage in India. Why would anybody get married at all now that it is possible to get sex and it isn’t illegal as long as both parties are consenting?
Also looking at the current laws around marriage in India, it penalises men severely for failed marriages while there is no responsibility or penalty for women.
Essentially, the judiciary has removed the checks and balances that prevented men and women from screwing up their marriages but given that only men are penalised for failed marriages and since sex is not really a very scarce resource in today’s time, there is no incentive for men to get married. This also then implies that the judiciary intends to break the family system which has been the backbone of this country.
Looking at another judgement of the SC from the recent past where it said that fathers name isn’t needed for kids raised by single mothers, it is clear that the Supreme Court is creating all provisions to move towards a society similar to the west where the family doesn’t matter anymore.
The downside of such a society is that kids raised by single parents often end up being criminals or failures in their lives. Numerous studies have shown this already.
All these judgements clearly indicates that the judiciary in India has been severely compromised by leftists and feminists. Failed Marxist ideologies had so far affected our politics alone but now it has infected our judiciary as well.
With breakdown of family system, promotion of adultery and removal of father’s name from PAN Cards, many children will become orphans or they will become dependent on the State and taxpayers.
The backlash from men will lead to gender war and neglect of children will lead to a spurt in crimes in the society. So, stay foolish, enjoy anarchy!!
Before marriage sex is not crime
After marriage adultery is not crime ..
What is marriage ??
Living in relationship allowed
S.497 is abolished
Marriage laws too should be abolished.
Let whole India be illegitimate
