INDIANAPOLIS, NOV 25 : It’s that time of year again when the Conservatory Crossing returns, transforming the Garfield Park Conservatory into a winter wonderland! Hundreds of vibrant poinsettias, running model trains, villages, lights and the annual scavenger hunt delights visitors of all ages. This is a holiday tradition not to be missed and made possible with support from employees of Indiana Rail Road Company.
The display opens on November 28 and will run through the entire month of December ending December 31.
According to Indy Parks Recreations media release, there is free parking throughout the 122 acres of Garfield Park, including the Conservatory, The Arts Center and Burrello Family Center. The Conservatory is open Monday–Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday 1-5 p.m.
Hours will be extended until 8 p.m. on December 18 to 20 and 26 and 27, that will allow visitors to enjoy the display in the evening. As darkness falls, the entire Conservatory will be illuminated with thousands of twinkling lights, creating an enchanted holiday atmosphere.
Admission for this event is $3 per person or $8 for families with a 2 adult maximum.
