Chadeya Basant Annual Kavi Darbar on 23rd Feb

Amritsar, February 22 : Naad Pargaas would organize one-day Annual Kavi Darbar – Chadeya Basant on February 23 at 10.00 am in the Khalsa College For Women premises . This Kavi Darbar dedicated to Basant season, is being organized by Naad Pargaas in association with Khalsa College for Women. Satnam Singh, Secretary of Naad Pargaas said that eminent litrary personality, Dr. Jaswant Singh Neki would preside over this Kavi Darbar while Rajinder Kaur Bali (Maternal Grand Daughter of Bhai Sahib Bhai Vir Singh), Pawaninder Singh Ahluwalia & Nelanbari Ghai, (Grand Son & Grand Daughter of Professor Puran Singh) would be special guests. Dr. Mrs. Sukhbir Kaur Mahal, Principal, Khalsa College for Women would especially be honored on this occasion.

Navtej Bharti from Canada and Parminder Sodhi from Japan would also grace the occasion. The function would be inaugurated with the recitation of Basant Raag by eminent musician, Bhai Baldeep Singh. He said that eminent poets, Padam Shri Dr. Surjit Patar, Kulwant Grewal, Parminderjit, Manjit Indra, Mohanjit, Vijay Vivek, Hardayal Sagar, Sukhwinder Amrit, Paramjit Singh Sohal, Jaswinder Singh, Harkanwal Korpal and Paramvir Singh would recite their poetry. An exhibition of Books and photos, paintings & sketechs made by ameture young artists of Naad Pargaas would also be organize to encourage young generation.
