Chandigarh, September 10 : Logic has reached its crescendo, as both the money and power, be it absolute and ruthless power of the State, cannot burry the glitter of truth and reason. More so, when the fight for truth is motored by an incredible force of love and resolute commitment for fight against the monster of corruption which has polluted the noble cause of all those who are engaged in public service. It is a lesson for all who yield to the ostensible power of majority, lacking courage to stand and support for the principles they relish in the heart of their hearts that the truth cannot be buried under the debris of filth and corruption and, it would resuscitate time and again to defeat the forces of negativities and falsehood. Ultimately the truth shall prevail.
I am the proud sufferer to raise this issue on the floor of the House on February 22, 2006 and I have raised it with the inner strength of dignity and honor as a member of the August house. I am satisfied that I have done my job honestly despite odds and my position on the issue has been vindicated by the August House itself. This in itself is a great reward for the loss which I hear day and night to have suffered in not compromising on the principles which our great leaders fought for in their public life.
