Tribal Welfare Minister hears forest dwellers’ problems

Bhopal : Tribal Welfare Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah has said that efforts should be made to extend maximum number of benefits to needy persons at Antyodaya Mela to be held at Harsud on Madhya Pradesh Foundation Day on November 1. The Tribal Welfare Minister was holding discussions with officers after hearing problems of forest village Anwaliya’s residence in Khandwa district the other day.

Minister Kunwar Shah said that Antyodaya Mela will be held at Harsud on a large scale. The same day, dividends will also be distributed to tendu patta collectors. He inspected stop-dam on Ghorapachhad River and expressed displeasure over seepage from it. Kunwar Shah directed to repair stop-dam’s gate immediately.
