Consumers residing in the 16 districts under the company’s jurisdiction can register their complaints on this number. The company has also urged the consumers to avail benefit of this service.
People can seek information about new connection from this call centre. They can also register complaints or information about less or more load on connection, meter-reading, snapping of power, meter defect, matters of snapping and reconnection of electricity connection, power theft, voltage fluctuation, streetlights, sparks in transformer, electricity accident and complaints regarding billing.
