Tribal Welfare Minister and minister incharge of Ujjain district Kunwar Vijay Shah has said that a special campaign will be launched to cleanse Kshipra River so that devotees visiting Ujjain can get clean water. Public participation will be ensured with a view to making this campaign successful. Incharge minister Kunwar Shah was addressing a meeting of District Planning Committee at Ujjain on Monday.
Incharge minister Kunwar Shah said that poojan arrangements of Mahakal temple should be made online. Due to this arrangement, devotees throughout the world can see live coverage of Mahakal Poojan. At the meeting, an action plan was presented for the construction of approach road from village Kandari to Padrikhera in Ujjain South area. Proposals were also put up about other development works.
MLAs Shri Rodmal Rathore, Shri Dili Singh Gurjar, Ujjain Mayor Shri Rameshwar Akhand, Zila Panchayat president Smt. Vishnu Kunwar Anjna and other people’s representatives were also present on the occasion.
