A state level programme is being organised to mark World Consumer’s Day at Community Hall, New Market T.T. Nagar, Bhopal on March 15. Like every year, display on consumer protection will be exhibited in order to make the consumers aware of exploitation by the private companies, government departments and enterprises. People can understand the rights of consumers and dispel doubts and confusions about consumer products. The consumers can feel educated about selecting rights products after admiring the exhibition.A state level open discussion will be held at 5 pm. Representatives from the departments will be present to reply the questions raised by the consumers. Officials of Electricity Board, Madhya Pradesh Housing Board, Weight and Measurement, Food, Medicine Administration, Dugdh Sangh, Indian Oil Corporation, Mobile Companies, Life Insurance Corporation are being invited to answer the questions.
