Chandigarh, December 15- Haryana police has arrested two persons accused of forgery and cheating the Kundli branch of Punjab National Bank of Rs four crore.
While stating this today, a spokesman of police department said that the accused have been identified as Sanjeev, a resident of Sainik Nagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh and Yogesh, a resident of Guru Angad Nagar, Delhi. He said that a complaint was registered by Mr Dinesh Mittal that Director of Tirupati Batteries, Sanjeev Dikshit, Yogesh, Advocate Parihar and Sanjeev took a loan of Rs four crore from Kundli branch of Panjab National Bank by keeping the registry of their firm namely Tirupati Batteries Industries registered office Patparganj factory area, Delhi as guarantee. It was later discovered that the registry was fake.
He said that cases were registered against the accused at Kundli police station under various sections of Indian Penal Code. Advocate Parihar was already arrested by the police. Now the police has arrested two more accused.
