Chandigarh May 31, 2015. Mr. Satya Pal Jain, Ex-City MP and Additional Solicitor General of India has said that the present Central Government under the able leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi ji wants to make India, one of the most powerful country of the whole world and Sh. Modi ji is working hard in that direction right from the day, he took oath as the Prime Minister of India.
Mr. Jain was addressing a huge gathering in Manimajra, today in the ‘Abhinandan Samaroh’ organized by its residents to honour Sh. Jain on his new assignment.
Mr. Jain said that for the first time in Indian History, a tea vender’s son has become the Prime Minister of India. He is hitting hard on corrupt & corruption as well as family rule. Some people use to think that it is their family’s birth right to rule and the power is the prerogative of first the father, then son, daughter, sister etc. etc. He said such people have not been able to reconcile to Sh. Modi ji;’s elevation to the post of India Prime Minister. He said that present Government is the Government of the poor and is determined to finish the ‘suit case’ culture from Indian political system.
Mr. Jain said that the foreign visits of any Indian Prime Minister have not been that successful as those of Sh. Narendra Modi. He said that today every Indian is feeling so much proud of his being an Indian, which was never seen earlier.
Mr. Jain assured the people that irrespective of the nature of his job, may be political, non-political, judicial, legal or social, he will continue serving the people of Chandigarh as he has been during it earlier. In response to number of demand charters presented to him by the residents, Sh. Jain said that he will take up all these issues with the Chandigarh Administration and the Central Government.
