29 Aug : The noted film actor Gulshan Grover, though carrying a reel life image of “bad man” is real life hero working passionately for causes that can empower the Indian youth. He launched a “Mission Dil Se” programme in Chandigarh promoted by ICL Group of Colleges’ Chairman Mr Sanjeev Chadha.
Noted film actor, Gulshan Grover, formally launched “Mission Dil Se” programme promoted by Sanjeev Chadha, Chairman of the ICL Group of Colleges, at Chandigarh.
He complimented Sanjeev Chadha, the promoter Chairman of the ICL Group of Colleges for his initiative to make our children globally competitive and instill confidence in them to meet life’s challenges through his transformational workshops being conducted under his unique learning module “Chadhe di Pathshala” in various schools, which would now be conducted throughout the country.
The versatile actor, Gulshan Grover who made his debut with 1981 blockbuster ‘Rocky’, and contrary to his screen image of a “badman”, he is actively engaged in charity work under the aegis of UNICEF and various other NGOs, and firmly believes in giving, which attracted him to visit the ICL Group of Colleges to reaffirm his commitment to education of Indian youth and all-round personality development, which he shares with Mr Sanjeev Chadha, Chairman of the ICL Group of Colleges.
He commended Sanjeev Chadha for his selfless work in the mission to “Transform Latent Talent of India into Vibrant India”, through his youth-out-reach programme under ‘Chadhe di Pathshala’ to accomplish “Mission Dil Se” to empower India’s youth to discover their potential.
Children are going to be our future citizens and this is the time at their formative years that their personality can be chiseled and shaped to make them excel in any field, Gulshan Grover added. Sanjeev Chadha, Chief Gardener, ICL Group said that “Mission Dil Se” has twin objectives, one of grooming the youngsters through internationally acclaimed professional trainers, and two, of inspiring students to be entrepreneurs and realize their life’s dreams, through effective channelization of their youthful energies into productive and creative pursuits.
Gulshan Grover also visited the ICL campus at Shehzadpur near Ambala and inaugurated the second ICL T20 Cricket Tournament in which many renowned cricketers are participating. Interacting with the students of ICL Group of Colleges he said that the youth should not be focusing on financial rewards and worldly gains, but more on excelling and giving their best to anything that they do in life.
