Chandigarh, November 19 – Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana, Mrs. Sumita Misra today said that Election Commission of India has notified “the period between 8 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. on November 30, 2011 as the period during which conducting any exit poll or disseminating any manner whatsoever, the result of any exit poll in connection with the bye-elections” in Ratia and Adampur assembly constituencies would be prohibited.
She further said that Commission had also clarified “that under Section 126(1)(b) of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, displaying any election matter including results of any opinion poll or any other poll survey, in any electronic media, would be prohibited during the period of 48 hours commencing from 5 p.m. on November 28, 2011, in connection with aforesaid bye-elections.

When the day will come when there shall be no poll/s as the people of this nation have got fed up with the overall workings of the political parties of this country and the culmination of *Democracy* into *Demoncracy* indeed, which is not at all good for the nation in the coming days ?;
Or better introduce most warranted reformative changes into the present electioneering system, so that the elections ought to be non violent, non expensive and in a most decent manner.
And have the charter of the said reforms through The India Post against a MoU, because to run the affairs of a country is a business indeed thus a MoU is an important factor & an imperative clause —dr.amritgaur
