Samrat Ashok Lifetime Achievement Award to Debabrata Maji

Arunachal Pradesh : Debabrata Maji of Mechanical Engineering Department of North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) has been selected for most prestigious “Samrat Ashok Lifetime Achievement Award” for his selfless service towards social upliftment, meritorious services, and excellence work in his field throughout his life.  The lifetime Achievement is perhaps the highest accolade obtainable as it does not define a singular moment or achievement, but the cumulative success of an entire life …the very pinnacle of distinction. This award would be conferred upon Debabrata Maji through a glittering function to be held at Kanpur on March 17, 2013 by Uttar Pradesh Kanpur based Samrat Chandragupta Maurya Educational Society in presence of Hon’ble Minister of Coal, Govt. of India Shri Sriprakash Jaiswal; Hon’ble Former Governor of Assam, Orissa and Jharkhand Syed Sibtey Razi; Hon’ble Minister of Textile and Sericulture Industries, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh Shri Shiv Kumar Beria; and Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Raja Ram Pal and other noted personalities. This has been informed by the Chairman of Samrat Chandragupta Maurya Educational Society Selection Committee Ramprakash Verma in a letter addressed to Debabrata Maji.

In earlier, Debabrata Maji was also received the Lifetime Achievement Award of the United Cultural Organisation, USA linked with the United Nations Education Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) in recognition with his abundance of research, through driven goals for global harmony across political, religious, business and ethnic divisions during the United Cultural Convention-2009 held at Raleigh, USA.
Recently, Debabrata Maji has been received the most prestigious Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award and Shiksha Rattan Puraskar from New Delhi based India International Friendship Society; Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award-2012 (instituted in the memory of Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi) from lucknow based News Magazine Seemapuri Times; Bharat Shiksha Ratan Award from New Delhi based NGO Global Society for Health & Educational Growth; Bharat Gaurav Award from Kanpur based Daily Hindi Newspaper Maiher Times and very recently has been selected for Mother Teresa Excellence Award by Kerala based registered voluntary organisation Integrated Council for Socio-Economic Progress.

    Congreates Mr. Debabrata Maji, NERIST, Arunachal Pradesh, India!
    Keep it up your selfless works for the benefit of the rural populac. It is now duty of the Govt. of India to conferred him with the Country Highest Civilian Award. So, His Excellency the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh and the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh including the people of the state should raised their voice in faviour of Debabrata Maji for the country’s highest civilion honour.
