		<title>CSAT for &#8216;Civil Service Exams&#8217; approved</title>
		<description><![CDATA[11 Mar : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh approved the proposal for introduction of ‘Civil Services Aptitude Test’ (CSAT) in place of the existing ‘Civil Services’ (Preliminary) Examination in Lok Sabha Wednesday.
