CHANDIGARH, APRIL 12 : Saint Soldier International School, Sector 28 organised an Orientation Programme for parents and students of the Pre-Nursery Wing. The tiny tots were warmly welcomed into their colourful classrooms.
The morning began with a prayer by teachers, students and parents invoking God’s blessings for the little ones on their first day of school. The new entrants soon got over their initial reluctance as the Nursery Wing took over with a rhyme and song presentation supervised by Ms. Deepa and Ms. Meera. Pre-Primary Coordinator Ms. Neenu Palta apprised the parents of the school academic and curricular programme and Ms. Anu Grover outlined the importance of parent-teacher association.
The school Counsellor Ms. Aarti gave valuable suggestions on ‘Effective Parenting’ while Dr. Abhishek Dhawan enlightened the parents on health and hygiene requirements of young children.
