Punjab : The Indian Nursing Council has given approval for 16 seats in M.Sc. Nursing at Desh Bhagat Institutes of Nursing. The approval was granted by Govt. of India to run the courses in M.Sc. (Nursing). The seats comprise of 05 seats for Psychiatric Nursing, 03 seats in Obstetric Nursing, 03 seats in Medical Surgical Nursing, 03 seats in Pediatric Nursing and 02 seats in Community Health Nursing.
The institute is already running A.N.M. course, G.N.M. course, B.SC nursing course and Post Basic B.Sc. nursing course successfully. The courses for M.Sc. (Nursing) are in great demand because of the advance nursing facilities available in the corporate sector hospitals & also abroad.
