Chandigarh : The Two Day Annual Cultural Fiesta 2012 of manav mangal High School, Sec-21C, Chandigarh commenced today at Auditorium : manav mangal SMART SCHOOL, Sector-64, Mohali . Besides entertaining the audience with their cultural items, the children also conveyed message of importance values in our lives and in their own way requested everyone present to inculcate them in their lives.
It is said prayers go up and blessings come down. The programme commenced with a prayer song ‘Dua’ in which children bowed their heads and joined their hands before Almighty asking for the showers of His blessings upon one and all. Truly the prayer made everyone experience the peace in their heart and soul and enjoy the calm, serene divine atmosphere.
The Panch Tatva constitutes our human body. Earth, water, air, sky & fire have an equal share in making of a human body. All these elements need to be kept in harmony to make the body work efficiently as every element has its own quality. Through an inspirational dance the senior students tried to make the audience understand the importance Panchtatva in our lives and motivated them to become determined like earth, try to touch heights like sky, be inspirational as fire, always moving ahead like water to become humans of substance.
Rajesh Khanna – Hindi Cinema’s first super star was the phenomenon, whose magic will live on forever through his memorable filmy dialogues and songs. His person on the screen had such a miraculous effect on the audience that till date they remember him as Anand. Through an item Tribute to Rajesh Khanna the junior section of the school paid a tribute to Rajesh Khanna – the living legend and made everyone enjoy that superhit songs sung by him.
Mobile phones have become important part of our lives these day. They are at our service for 24 X 7 and have made communication with near and dear ones very easy. But their unmindful use can make up suffer from fatal diseases brain tumours and heart disorders. Keeping in view the perils of the improper use of mobiles, manavites created a silent play to make people aware of the hazards of the excessive use of mobiles phones and also appealed them to make less use of them.
Sharing selflessly is a bliss that enlightens, impresses and touches our souls. Lending a helping hand to less blessed ones than us is a true service of God. Blessed are those who keep on walking on the path of goodness and make a difference in the lives of others through love and compassion. This is the message which enthusiastic manavites gave through their vibrating dance form exhibiting the Joy of Giving.
