The India Post, 26th October, 2008 :Hindi Bhashan Pratiyogita was conducted  at Govt.Arts Museum Sector-10,Chandigarh from 10.30 to 1.30pm, whose topic was "Rastra Bhasha Avam Uooska Sanskritik Mahatav".Entry and participation was free for students from plus one level onwards where students from different colleges of the tricity participated.

This contest was  organised by the Panchanan Educational and Research Foundation(Regd) Chandigarh with NZCC, STEPS and Chandigarh Tourism and with the active support from Dainik Hindustan .

The declamation contest was judged by Dr.Mrs.G.K.Nanda, Ex-Education Officer of Punjab…Dr Rajesh Atrey, Varisth Bhasha Adhikari PNB, Dr.Ashok Sabharwal Lecturar Hindi Department P.U. and Kishore Kumar Sharma Vice-President PGERF. Almost all the speakers stressed for the need to learn more Indian Languages so that we are able to build up our National character and strengthen the unity of the country.
