Chandigarh, February 7 :Mr.Pawan Kumar Bansal, Central Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, said that the increasing pollution in the Ganga was the matter of concern and the central Government  was planning to clean sacred Ganga. 3 Jan : Amid air surveillance and heightened security, Uttarakhand is all set for the Kumbh Mela, which will begin on 14th January in Haridwar.
