Fatehgarh Sahib, September 2 : It is alarming and disgusting that the water samples taken from different    Rural Water Supply  schemes in District Fatehgarh Sahib, continue to fail the Laboratory test of the health department. Ironically the laboratory test result of the health department varies with the result of the laboratories of the Public Health department, maintained at the head quarter at Patiala.
