3 Sep : The scheme for modernising Madrasas in Madhya Pradesh, which has been lauded by Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, is giving the benefit of better and quality education to two lakh 40 thousand children. At present, 5,408 Madrasas have been registered with Madhya Pradesh Madrasa Board, which has been constituted for better education to students belonging to minority communities. Bhopal:Friday, August 27 :Bhopal district has topped in settlement of disputes at Lok Adalats in the state. During the financial year 2009-10, as many as 41 thousand 560 persons settled their cases at Lok Adalats in the district. Jabalpur with 24 thousand 956 cases stands second in the list. Giving this information, Law, Legislative Affairs, Parliamentary Affairs and Housing Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra said that two lakh 23 thousand 427 persons have settled their disputes through Lok Adalats in Madhya Pradesh during this period.
