By: KODAKKAL SHIVAPRASAD, Shimoga :  National Budget for the year 2013 allocated 110 crores to development for persons with disability, also special concession in premium for insurance policy payers, earlier persons with disability paying for higher premium than normal premium payers, this year budget stopped such incident, several complaints has put through with Mr.Kodakkal Shivaprasad,disabled leaders from various category of  pwd across india  since 6 years back and was moved with years back i have represented this issue with Finance Minister of Finance Department, now it was realised !.

It need a time to send our representation to release the allocated 110 crores to different developments like Railway concession for deaf only, as yet now railways concession availably only those who having deaf and dumb applicable together, as early Railway Board assured for representation submitted by Mr.Kodakkal Shivaprasad, Leader for disabled People  that they will issue concession scheme to deaf only in a separate system if concerned ministry at government of india able to release funds to railway department, hence we never loss this opportunity to get through for real utilization.

Budget also highlighted that a sum of Rs.81 crores has been released to All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysore-Karnataka State for utilizing hearing aid equipments to deaf people, we are welcome for such drastic steps taken by present Finance Minister Mr.Chidamaram, hats up him always.

    glad to know allocation of 110 crors to development of the person with disablity.but how much will be utilised in real?
    how much disable person could utilised ds?
