Complaints redressed through Samadhan Online,Chief secretary holds direct dialogue with officers
Bhopal:April 1, 2008,A number of complaints were redressed through Samadhan Online today. The Chief Secretary Shri R.C. Sahni held direct dialogue with the officers through video conferencing under the programme.The video conferencing under Samadhan Online is held every Tuesday and the Chief Minster Shri
Shivraj Singh Chouhan talks to the officers about complaints and other matters. Due to Shri Chouhan’s preoccupations the Chief Secretary held the video conferencing.
The Chief Secretary directed for payment of withheld scholarship to Shri Sumrat Kumar of Hoshangabad and Shri Narendra Kumar of Kirnapur in Balaghat district. Assistance under Saubhagyawati Yojana was sanctioned to Smt. Jangalwati of Chhindwara. Smt. Tarabai of Raisen district got the land right booklet after mutation of land. Shri Ugrasen Patel of village Saud in Rewa district, who was present in the video conferencing hall at Rewa, complained that some people take commodities from his fair price shop forcibly without making the payment. A report in this regard was lodged on November 24 last, but no action was taken on this. The Collector and Superintendent of Police informed that a person has been arrested in the case and the station house officer is investigating the matter. A head constable has already been suspended.
Shri Deendayal Rai of Narsinghpur would get pension from Social Welfare Board. Smt. Parvatibai of Dindori would get compassionate appointment soon. Her husband has died while in service. Smt Rekhabai of Bhopal had died at Hamidia hospital during the delivery. Her husband would get the insurance amount within seven days. Shri Ramadhar Soni of Rewa had complained that he has not yet received the remaining amount of land acquisition award after submergence of his land under Bansagar project. The Chief Secretary directed the Collector to hold an enquiry and ensure the payment soon. Smt Gauri was issued the appointment letter as Anganwari worker.

I want to make a complaint against contractors and Bhopal Municipal Corporation, they make cemented roads in M.P. Nagar area without any survey. There is no plan for extracting sever water or garbage. We are facing lots of problems due to cemented road like water line is under the roads. if we found any leakages we cant able to repair the same.
There is vast conjunction of traffic in jyoti cinema circle in office time, there is no traffic singles or sub way. there is a wine shop on road,. A huge crowd gathers over there.
Drunken people and goons are teasing girls and families.
People are using their residential premises in to commercial purpose like hostels and offices. Due to which anti social elements come there and made nuisance.
Please do something for residents of M.P. Nagar.

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am an NRI since I was in the 4th grade or 1984. I had purchased a plot of land from Mrs Ghazal Taufiq and Taufiq Mubarak of reliable builders of Bhopal and have made full payment and plot A/9 is in my and my wifes name in the records of Housing Borad Colony of Bhopal as it was transferred in our name by Mrs Ghazala Taufiq and Mr. Taufiq. Later when i requested for registry, the party refused and is not registerring it in our name. I have the transfer documents, payment receipts, bank statements, property tax receipts in my name and the party is harrasing us. Please guide us as to what is it that we can do to get the property registered in our name as these guys are quite influential and dominant. even the TI is supporting them and is not registering a complaint against them. These guys have hired gangsters and they have taken the hold of this property. Please help.

All details and documents has been submitted by us to SP korba for police varification. Report has been generated on 15.03.2008, but wrongly sent to passport officer Raipur instead of Bhopal. Bhopal passport office has the photocopy of the report of police varification. They (Bhopla)have sent back to settel the case to SP korba. SP korba say they haven’t received any corroespondence from PO bhopal. Public grivance officer of bhopal had a direct talk with SP korba and had prommised to settel the case, but till now no favaourable responce has been obtained. Its now the negligence matter between two Govt departments and we can hardly do any thing.

Sir, This is Anita Jain from Pohari, Shivpuri. I crossed my Samvida Shikshak-II Exam and I want my D. Ed Marksheet to my center. I phase all theory as well as practical exam during my D.ed. course but I didnot got internal marks from my center. I submitted apllication to M. P. Education Board as well as center but They dont take any action till now. I am very tense regarding this matter.
I humbaly request to help me to get issued the correct marksheet by which I will apply for Job.
I am working in a Technical college where College donot provide us salary slip and other facilities even they donot provide national holidays and if someone take leave on the national holiday they mark LWP(leave without pay). During examination duties they dont provide snacks and duty Allowances.
So what can we do? I want to highlight these problems in RGPV,Bpl and NewsPaper also but I have fear about my Job.
I want that my name is not displayed because if they read it , They will issue me termination letter. it is a newly college and opened in 2007.
There are so many problems but I just want to highlight this because some days ago RGPV,Bpl release one note on newspaper that “If Any college dont provide Duty Allowance they will mark as Blacklisted and UIT take action against them.” But I think this is only a public notice. UIT dont take any action and our observer take his duty allowance and go bake to home.

Sir this is for the first and last time that i am begging justice from you.Even after moving from piller to post i do not get my right back. Iam qualified and worked as Technical Assistant in SV Govt Polytechnic Bhopal on daily Wages.but then Principal sacked me with out any reason .After Struggling in the court for 14 years high court ordered the Govt to REINSTATE me .but even after approaching Principal,Collector.PS & Technical minister no action has been taken so far against my grivences .just to avoid Contempt of court the principal instead of absorbing me into regular post has appointed me on Daily Wages and NO DesIgnation and Depatment has been given to me .Iam doing work below my level as a result of Harrasment .kindly do investigate the whole matter and appoint me on the earlier post with its Regular Scale and other Benefits iam the only earning member of my family and at this age i cant do other job

sir in MUNDI and PUNASA dist KHANDWA the black marketting of kerosene and FCI food is running from the last two year.I has been complaint many times to the collector of KHANDWA but any decision is not taken by him.This black marketting is done with the help of mandi incharge , salesman and many more officer of your goverment.The lead contractor load the food from WARE HOUSE KHANDWA and dump into his own godown and after that with the help of mandi incharge N.O.C is made and sales this food in KHANDWA floor mills.So please take any right action to stop this and the godown of the lead contractor is placed on the PUNASA ROAD NEAR BHUKHARDAS BABA MANDIR MUNDI.please confirm me on my email by send mail as a delivery report.

Storm water drains in various nodes of Vashi and Koperkhairane were cleaned by the civic body. Raising concerns over the problem of water logging during monsoons, the drains were cleaned by the civic body. It may be recalled that in the Standing Committee meeting of month of January 2009, Chairman Sandeep Naik too had appealed to the administration to take care of the road work to ensure that residents are not inconvenienced during monsoon.
Looks like with the commencement of the pre-monsoon work, the administration has taken the appeal of the Chairman Sandeep Naik seriously.

I intend to draw your attention on the following life threatening problems faced by the developing Kolar Locality in the vicinity of the Capital of M.P. i.e. Bhopal:
i) The Main Kolar Road is in miserable condition from Anupam Hospital to Bairagarh Cheechli Village. It has not even been patched since last 2 years.
ii) The Local Administration i.e. Kolar Nagar Palika has not initiated any steps to secure any source to provide regular potable water supply to residents. It is a pity that Kolar Pipe Line is passing through Kolar Area, but the local residents are deprived of tap-water supply.
iii) Despite current severe water crisis in the area, nothing has been done to encourage rain water harvesting in the area. Still there is time, to do something.
Kindly do something and bring the residents of Kolar into mainstream of M.P.

Board Education system, under the act of “SCHOOL CHALO ABHIYAAN” is urging every student to study but this institution is not allowing my child to continue her education in the school which is against the act. This institution is taking a huge amount of fees and is not following the rules of board. In this school fess is more important. M.P. board is urging the poor students to study and is giving all the requirements, free of cost. Board is giving scholarship to poor students and is helping the students by making new programmes. It has been made compulsory for the student of 6 to 14 years old to study. Instead of giving importance to education, the institution is only interested in taking fees from students and is putting the children away from education .

I am a Elecronics and Communication Engineer and want to register complaint against some of the PSU’s like ONGC, IOCL etc. which invite applications for the post of trainees only from branches like Electronics and Instrumentation but do not allow its allied branches like Electronics and Communication/Telecom to appear for the same post even when there is a difference of maximum two subjects out of the 40 subjects in our engineering course.

The family pension was started vide order N.493,Dated 13th.july99 of Regional Joint Director,Account,Treasury & pension Gwalior @ 2950 pm at enhanced rate up to 26/12/04& after that@ 1770pm.But the total family pension till now from starting paid by @1396pm.

so the private hospitals are unable to give payment to the hitgrahi (Rs.1000 for urban & 1400 for rural patients)
the CMHO bhopal not responding well about this matter,so it’s my request to make available the pending payment to the private hospitals,so that they can pay the hitgrahi money to the poor payments.

I went to collectrate office Satna for residential certificate of my daughter with the application form. I have attached photocopy of these documents, mark sheet of class 5, 8, 10, 12, affidavit, Rasancard, Voter ID card, my name is voter list in Satna from 1984 and my all education in Satna myself residential certificate, certificate issued by Nagar Nigam parsad with the Patwari prativedan. My wife is govt. servent.
When I goes to “Suvidha Kendra” clerk is demanding Rs.50 in place of 25 which is official fees and said “attached the property paper in Satna city & if you have not provide property document in Satna you make certificate from where there your land is.” After that I went to Raghuraj Nagar Tahshildar office but clerk is refused to make the residential certificate without property paper. One person (dalal) contact me you gives me 500 Rs. Your certificate will ready with in one day.
I asked to you if any one does not any property in city, his child is not libel to hold residential certificate or not citizen of that place. Please take necessary action and order to all of tahsildar in MP to made certificates in essay way and made my daughter certificate.
