Dehradun : Navyoga Suryodeya Seva Samiti organised the first ever International Conference on ‘Yoga for all’ on 6th March 2020 during seven days International Yoga Festival held at Rishikesh.There were many technical sessions organised in order to apprise the students and faculty from various Indian universities about importance of scientific research in Yoga. Conference Chairman Dr. Navdeep Joshi informed that around 460 students and 45 faculty members participated in the deliberations on different topics and subtopics related to yoga search.
There were 56 research papers that were presented in the conference. The technical sessions were chaired by renowned faculty members like Dr Vikram Singh from JNU, Prof. Mahesh Prasad Silodi from Lal bahadur Shastri Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Delhi, Prof. Ishwar Bhardwaj of Gurukul Kangri University Haridwar, Dr. Kanchan Joshi, Prof. Saraswati Kala from Dehradun, Dr Satyendra Mishra.There was a very encouraging and positive response from all the participants regarding feedbacks suggestions and motivation given by the above during the scientific sessions which were conducted successfully.
