ANNOUNCES FREE LIFETIME TRAIN TRAVEL PASS BY Ist AC FOR HIMThe Minister of Railways, Shri Lalu Prasad has congratulated Abhinav Bindra, who won the first Gold Medal in the Men’s 10-Meter Air Rifle event for India in Olympics, 2008 in Beijing, today.

Shri Lalu has announced free lifetime train travel pass by 1st AC (including Shatabdi and Rajdhani trains) alongwith a companion to Abhinav Bindra. Lauding this historic feat that makes Bindra India’s first ever individual Gold Medalist, Shri Lalu Prasad said that Bindra’s remarkable achievemnet will inspire other Indian athletes to perform excellently in the remaining parts of the Olympics.
