This is the need of today to streamline the procedure of getting Minority Certificate by students. Then only the benefits of Minority can be enjoyed by the future generation. Quite possible that some of the National Bodies of Jains viz.Digamber jain Mahasamiti could be authorized to issue such Certificates ?
